Dr. Darlene Andert

Dr. Darlene Andert is a Principal of Accounting for Profitability LLC and the Chief Operations Officer.

She is a lecturer, consultant, coach, trainer, and experienced member of Boards of Directors. Darlene is a Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 20 years of process consulting, management and leadership development, and research. She is a highly published author covering industry and academic journals. Dr. Andert served as the Executive Director for the Institute for Responsible Corporate Governance and experienced on corporate, non-profit boards, quasi-government, and venture capital boards. As a former stock broker, she now serves as a non-public arbitrator for FINRA.

Michelle is a dedicated professional and community advocate who uses innovation and technology to help businesses grow and nonprofits to educate the public on important issues.

She has more than 25 years of experience in media and marketing. She merged her marketing company with ActiveData in 2017, offering clients locally and nationally a complete marketing agency to meet their every need.

A strong advocate for LGBTQ rights, Michelle is the publisher of Rainbow Pages, which is an app, website and print publication that promotes equality. It features news, events, organizations, businesses and resources that support treating everyone equally.

She also serves on the Board of the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee Counties, the steering committee for the LGBTQ Fund at Southwest Florida Community Foundation, and was a founding member of Naples Pride and GET Network.
