We provide a mobile crisis intervention team for Circuit 20 (Lee, Hendry, Glades, Collier & Charlotte counties). Services are at no cost. Response to a crisis within 60 minutes. Follow-up mental health services available within 48 hours.

Peer Specialists conduct home visits at the client’s home, school, or a pre-determined location once a week or bi-weekly for at least four visits over the span of 30-45 days. Telehealth visits are available upon the client’s request. Peers act as an extra person of support that have “lived” mental health experiences so they can better connect and assist their clients. All Peer Specialists are certified or in the process of receiving certification.

Case Managers will connect each client to mental health services within 48 hours of the initial intervention and throughout the client’s care with CPE. Case Managers will conduct 30-day follow-ups with each client for 120 days, providing referrals and community resources as needed.
